How to register?
We offer two simple registration methods:
1. Register with a GP Online – The Fastest Option
Online GP registration is the quickest way to sign up with an NHS doctor. Simply complete our secure NHS GP registration form online.
✔ You can register online using our online form or if you would prefer, you can download the forms and post your registration in. ✔ No need to provide proof of address, immigration status, ID, or NHS number.
✔ The service is run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe.

2. Register with a GP in Person
Prefer face-to-face registration? Visit our GP surgery in London and bring:

Out-of-Area Registrations
If you live outside our catchment area, you may still be able to register under special circumstances. Please note:
- You will receive all standard GP services.
- We cannot provide home visits or urgent treatment if you are unable to come to the practice.
- If you require urgent care, you should call 111 (non-emergency) or 999 (emergency).

What Happens After Registration?
Once your registration is complete:
✔ You will be assigned a GP.
✔ You can book NHS GP appointments online (read more about how to manage your health online) or by phone.
✔ You will receive information about our services, including vaccinations and health screenings.
Make sure to update your NHS App so you can continue accessing your medications and medical records.

Everyone in the UK has the right to free care from a GP. As part of the Safe Surgeries initiative:
